The MNCMN Board of Directors is a diverse group of change leaders and practitioners who volunteer their time to lead and organize the Minnesota Change Management Network. The Board meets twice monthly and each position is a 12-month commitment.

TREASURER (PRINCIPAL OFFICER)
Eddie serves as the financial steward of the organization by protecting the financial health of the organization and leading strategic financial planning efforts.

Michelle partners with the Treasurer as a financial steward of the organization by protecting the financial health of the organization and leading strategic financial planning efforts.
Nate Caskey is a super hero by night. In his spare time he is also the Communications Chair of the Minnesota Change Management Network. He also has over 15 years of Change Management experience, which has come in very handy in his super hero job.
John is an Independent Contractor who loves figuring out business plans and developing solutions. He loves to combine the disciplines of change management, training development, leadership development, competencies and functional onboarding.
John digs change management because he believes we owe it to the world to help people with change. He loves seeing people succeed and believes that a methodology and discipline helps that happen.
He sees change happening everywhere and sees the MNCMN organization helps with the people side of things. Membership in MNCMN builds change methodology advocates.
