As an executive leader with more than 35 years managing world-class private and public companies, Tom’s mission is to help organizations leverage their human capital to build high-performing organizations. Tom has worked in the areas of Human Resources, Field Service, Corporate Communication, Risk Management, and Information Technology and Consulting over the course of his career. Most recently, Tom completed a successful career as  SVP of Administration at Tennant company and has worked as a consultant with Harvard Business School “Owners, Presidents, and Managers Program”.

Tom will be sharing a case study from his time at Tennant, “Transforming a Business Culture from Entitlement to High-Performance”. This case study has been shared with graduate and executive graduate programs at Harvard Business School, the University of Minnesota and his alma mater the University of St. Thomas. The transformation encompassed clear strategies, talented leadership, and a culture aligned with a company’s overall vision and long-term direction.
