This track is meant for beginner-level practitioners of change or partners of change management within the organization, to introduce the basics of building a Change Management value proposition.
Track 2: "Deep Dive: What is Value?"
This track is meant for practitioners of change management or related fields who are not directly responsible for selling or structuring the delivery of change work, but who still want to take a firmly rooted value-based mindset to how they execute and talk about their work.
Track 3: "Advanced Value Selling"
This track is meant for experienced practitioners who "sell" change management to or within organizations and work with a change management job description, to take a deeper dive on securing leader and sponsor buy-in for change initiatives.
