Join MNCMN at our March Change Summit, where one of our own, Jean Nitchals, will lead us through a workshop she recently delivered to ACMP: Th!nk Differently About Change: Upping the Ante to your Leadership Approach. If you've heard Jean before, you know she's an engaging presenter and her content is always fresh and relevant!

Creative thinking is an essential skill for the 21st Century -- something that is innate in all people and can be cultivated by leadership and culture. As change leaders and practitioners, the ability to move yourself and others through transformative, creative, innovative thinking is what will make a significant difference with your projects, teams, and stakeholders. These core concepts will stimulate and challenge your mind and ability to lead through innovative change.

This interactive workshop will allow you to experience creative thinking tools with a human-centered lens that will help you to Th!nk Differently about ways to collaborate, engage, and align your stakeholders, project teams and peers. 

Learning Objectives: 

  • Understand the foundations of innovative leadership and culture 
  • Learn when to apply Th!nk Differently concepts to change challenges 
  • Practice tools to invite human-centered collaboration


About the Speaker: 

Jean Nitchals is a catalyst for positive change, bringing out the best of people and ideas through both a creative and strengths-based lens. She isManaging Partner at Niche Solutions, a Minneapolis-based strategic management and creative leadership consulting firm. People come to her for fresh ideas and new ways of thinking to solve complex problems. She prides herself in being curious and is often known to ask the tough questions. She is most creative when running, biking, in a Starbucks, or hanging out by water. Guaranteed she is always carrying colored pens, an idea book and post-its at any given moment. Jean has a MS degree in Creative Studies and a BS degree in Finance, Technology & Statistics.
