Leading change is not easy. By definition we know that there will be major challenges which the “change guidebook” doesn’t address. Under these inevitable circumstances, how do we achieve the best results?
In this interactive session, Kevin and Carolyn will provide a point/counterpoint analysis of the following questions:
- How to build an effective change team versus managing out the dead weight?
- How do you ensure that you get results versus embedding the change learnings?
- How do you achieve project transparency versus protecting the organization?
During this session, Kevin and Carolyn will explore how these key questions play out in companies, government and nonprofit organizations. Join us for a lively discussion and share your ideas on how you would handle these critical events.
