Program Overview:
Driving effective change programs is not easy. Most organizations have just a strategy, or just a plan, few have an end to end change program in place that leads to improved business results.

This summit we are going to discuss and share best practices on the “how” – how do we take a strategy and execute it effectively that leads to the desired business results. You will hear from several change practitioners in the market on what has worked well for them, key pitfalls to look out for, as well as an opportunity to ask questions.

Bio:
For this summit we will have a panel of change practitioners providing their best practices on executing change programs.
