Behavior change requires coming up with solutions that are grounded in your client or customer’s needs. Design thinking allows practitioners to work closely with those directly involved to create organic solutions as instead of imposing top-down solutions. Find out how design thinking can be leveraged in change management and behavior change – you’ll learn methods to match people's needs with what’s technologically feasible while driving a viable business strategy. Uncover techniques to brainstorm, iterate, and prototype to more quickly and effectively discover solutions.
