MINNESOTA CHANGE MANAGEMENT NETWORK
Inspire and challenge leaders to drive sustainable change.

The Minnesota Change Management Network (MNCMN) is pleased to announce that we are once again partnering with the Conner Academy and bringing the Advanced Preparation for Senior Trusted Advisors (ATA) program to Minnesota this February!

The ATA program is for those senior change practitioners who are looking to further explore the role of a High Impact Trusted Advisor (HITA) and focuses on how to establish and maintain the rapport needed to create an exceptionally influential relationship at the senior levels of an organization. We will address the unique challenges of being a HITA to top executives, as well as principals and guidelines for forming and sustaining Trusted Advisor status.

The ATA program is for you, if you are looking to:

  • Strengthen your understanding of what is required to build a successful High Impact Trusted Advisor relationship
  • Learn the unique challenges of serving senior level executives, and how to address those challenges
  • Develop a deeper awareness of your own capability as a High Impact Trusted Advisor
  • Meet, network with and learn from other senior change practitioners

Tuition: $2,500 for MNCMN members; $3,000 for MNCMN non-members.
