Our events offer an opportunity for you to network with peers in the community as well as hear and learn about industry best practices.

Our monthly Change Summits are the #1 reason people join MNCMN. On the third Thursday of nearly every month (we adjust the timing in October due to MEA weekend), the Minnesota Change Management Network hosts a Change Summit to provide the opportunity to network along with a forum to share ideas and discuss important change topics.

Each month features thought leaders sharing their experience from the change management arena. The Change Summits provide structured time to network with change professionals, corporate hiring managers and vendors that support our industry. Monthly summits are a great way to get involved as a participant or a presenter.

During our monthly events we offer an opportunity for our members to ask for needs and leads, network with fellow practitioners, learn best practices, as well as socialize during the post event activities.
