MnCMN By-laws
Our bylaws serve as the foundational governance document for the organization, outlining the principles, rules, and procedures that guide our operations, leadership, and member engagement.
The bylaws are designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with our mission to foster a community of practice for change management professionals. As we grow and evolve, these bylaws are periodically reviewed and updated to reflect the changing needs of our members and the broader professional landscape.

As part of our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our members and the change management field, MnCMN periodically reviews and updates its bylaws. Our most recent bylaw updates were approved on October 24, 2024. These changes reflect our growth as a professional community and our dedication to enhancing member engagement and support.
The MnCMN Board of Directors has begun and intend to be fully transitioned to the expectations of the new bylaws by February 1, 2025.
This intention includes a Call for Nominations that will begin on November 4, 2024, to gather candidates for an election of a new Board of Directors that will begin their term on February 1, 2025, as noted in the ratified bylaws linked below.
