  • Submission: Complete the nomination form linked below.
  • Selection Process: Nominees will be interviewed by a Nominations Committee. The Nomination Committee will then determine a proposed slate that will be voted upon by members during the election voting period planned for December 10 - 20, 2024.
  • Board Term: Newly elected board members will begin their roles on February 1, 2025.

Deadline for submissions is end of day November 22, 2024.

Important Details to Note:

  • In line with our recently revised bylaws, MnCMN is implementing staggered terms for Board positions beginning February 1, 2025.
  • Staggered terms are designed to ensure continuity and stability within the Board by having approximately half of the Board roles up for election each year.
  • Those pursuing positions on the 2025 Board of Directors will be asked to specify a preference of a term ending January 31, 2026, or one ending January 31, 2027.
  • This approach allows experienced members to remain on the Board while new members join, ensuring a balanced mix of continuity and fresh perspectives.
  • This structure supports the consistent advancement of MnCMN’s mission, fostering effective leadership transitions, and a sustained focus on organizational goals. We invite you to consider a role in this meaningful leadership model.
